Woodgreen: May 1 2023
The roads were slightly wet this morning, it must have rained over night, and it was slightly grey, just like my mood really.. lol
It did brighten up in the afternoon though to glorious sunshine!
Mia has developed this little habit where she would suddenly stop and pull back as if to say "Let's not go that way..". Often I have to literally drag her along as she can be quite stubborn. 😂
Of course am I the only one to blame as sometimes I give in to find out where she'll take us and to be fair, we have done some routes that I wouldn't normally take.
This morning I let her decide; we were turning towards the town centre and I had planned to go round the church away from the High Street. Only, Miss Mia had something different in mind and we went straight down the very High Street instead.
I started to giggle when she started inspecting some of the shops on the way; you could tell that she knew exactly where she was going!
And too right did we end up in front the animal charity "Woodgreen"; she has been in there quite a few times - the little Princess always gets a fair share of treats from the nice people..
This morning though, oh sorrow, they were closed.. haha
