Parks and Towns: April 15 2023

Jogging and Walking

Mia and I jogged around the park this morning (@davidthompson57 😄), well, I did, Mia met lots of her friends as usual..
It looked a bit grim to begin with, but brightened up during the day and we walked through town via the River Side park in the afternoon as I had to get something on the way.
That was also a nice opportunity to stop for a snack at the Ferro Lounge, who allow dogs.
Mia is VERY popular wherever she goes, but that's easy for a very lively 2 1/2 year old puppy.. 🙄😄

Lovely sunshine in the afternoon with lots of people sitting out. The Ferro Lounge felt relatively cold inside, but there were no seats left outside.
That's not it there, I forgot to take pictures; next time.. 😕

Jam Session with a Band

The Bucks Head had their monthly Jam Session going last night with a band to start with. Sam plays his bass in that band and the pub gave them a chance to play a gig.
This picture was taken at the end of it and you can see Sam's bass to the right of the black pillar; it was quite busy.. They obviously have a huge fan club at only 14 and 15 years old... 😄
