That's awesome. You do a hike a day for the sake of it, do you?
I was out in Greenwood forest back in the days with my parents often. They were not into hiking. Yet later I went with friends and knew every trail. That's long forgotten. May I restart a trend with the kids? What are you looking for when choosing a trail?

Very nice said you were thinking about starting hiking again, my friend!😊
We enjoy just exploring different trails just to see what’s up ahead or on the other side of the mountain !😇🤗
Yes, that is probably sufficient. I know what it's like when I'm not at my own front door. Just going for a walk. It's so much easier in the mountains or by the sea.
Maybe I just don't have the motivation when I'm in the flatlands, and especially in urban areas. I can see you don't need any modern incentives. But do you know any?
I've actually installed komoot.com a long time ago. But I haven't really went into it. It seems to me that the incentive is in me and not in some app. And in people with whom I can share my experiences. I think I'm going to do an update and browse Komoot before I can't get out at all. LOL
Side note: Looks like it's an explore hiking day today, as I found Wilde Bächlein (Wild streams) by @aventurier.
