My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2023

Hello Guys!

I'm back with my daily activity featuring Actifit. I start the day by waking up before dawn, then eating because today I am fasting. Then I prayed at dawn, then meditated in the morning. After that I headed to the traditional market near my house.

I went to the market to shop for the preparation of the recitation in the afternoon. It just so happens that today is where I get a regular recitation ration once a week. I ordered some food as a snack and also looked for breakfast for the family.

For exercise, I still use my air climber stepper. On this day I did a full body workout. Well, if you are curious, the stepper air climber that I have is like the picture below.
