😄Hi, how are you my dear friends from hive and actifit? Today I went to train a little in the morning for resistance training, since it is very vital for the sport I am doing, which is calisthenics and streetworkout. So, what better resistance training than doing some jogs and sprints in the park. 🦾❤️🔥
I usually do strength and explosiveness training, but to have better aerobic resistance it is best to do jogging and sprints. I also did rope jumping and the truth is that I had not done them for a while hehe, but even so I have not forgotten how to perform a good technique in rope jumping 🦾❤️🔥.
