😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y actifit, hoy fui a entrenar junto a uno de los atletas que estoy entrenando calistenia y optamos por hacer una caminata desde nuestra casa al parque donde solemos hacer nuestras actividades.
😄Hello, how are you my dear friends from hive and actifit, today I went to train with one of the athletes I'm training in calisthenics and we decided to take a walk from our house to the park where we usually do our activities.
El y yo estábamos cansado del entrenamiento pasado y teníamos flojera de ir al parque, ya que el tramo es muy largo de nuestras casas y eso. Pero decidimos ir para asi caminar y poder tener mas relajados nuestros cuerpos.
He and I were tired from the last training and we were lazy to go to the park, since it's a long way from our houses and all that. But we decided to go so we could walk and relax our bodies.
Y bueno amigos, espero que les haya gustado mi actividad de hoy junto a mi discípulo junto a mi persona. Sin más que agregar, nos vemos en una próxima publicación. ❤💪🏽📈🔥
