9km trail running

Felt like running trail yesterday so went to the local trail hikes and ran 3 laps. Was considering also doing some exercises at the outdoor gym but was so warm that I had to get back home and shower to cool off.
Held a decent tempo and hopefully I can keep this up when I'm gonna run the 30km race later this autumn in Lidingö, Stockholm.
