Saludos amigos de #hive y SWC, traigo mi reporte del día de hoy, en el cual realicé un trote ligero de unos 2 km en horas de la tarde, una vez terminé el trote de calentamiento me dirigí al parque con unos amigos, en el cual realicé un poco de cardio con ejercicios como los saltos de tijera y burpees para mejorar mi resistencia cardiovascular y finalice con una rutina rápida para el fortalecimiento del abdomen, que se basó principalmente en elevaciones de piernas y aguante en L-Sit colgado de la barra.

Greetings friends of #hive and SWC, I bring my report from today, in which I did a light jog of about 2 km in the afternoon, once I finished the warm-up jog I headed to the park with some friends, where which I did some cardio with exercises like jumping jacks and burpees to improve my cardiovascular endurance and finished with a quick abdominal strengthening routine, which was mainly based on leg raises and L-Sit hanging from the bar.
