La rutina constó de distintas variantes de dominadas en las que nos enfocamos principalmente en la técnica con el fin de mejorar la ejecución en cada repetición y así darle un mayor estímulo a los músculos de la espalda.
The routine consisted of different variations of pull-ups in which we focused mainly on the technique in order to improve the execution in each repetition and thus give greater stimulation to the back muscles.
