My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2024
Hello everyone!
I'm very happy to have been back writing on the most beautiful BlogChain in the world!
Today was a very intense day: wake up at 5 a.m., at 6:30 we went to her Yoga108 Center in Treviso, where Cristiana conducted 2 yoga lessons.
Then we left for the Marche to visit his new house that he will soon buy and where he will move to live his new life. The current host is a great artist and a wonderful person. The neighbors, they're all quisite!
We then went to visit his brother and his sister-in-law in a beautiful house beautifully well renovated!
Then we went to the structure where tomorrow the summer yoga retreat of the Yogia108 Treviso center will begin.
Now, after a great dinner in a restaurant half an hour away, we are both very tired and we will sleep until tomorrow late in the morning, to try to recover the missing hours of sleep in the last nights, very intense days!

Ciao a tutti!
Sono molto felice di essere tornato a scrivere sulla BlogChain più bella al mondo!
Oggi è stata una giornata molto intensa: sveglia alle 5, alle 6:30 ci siamo recati presso il suo Centro yoga108 a Treviso, dove Cristiana ha condotto 2 lezioni di yoga.
Dopodiché siamo partiti per le Marche per visitare la sua nuova casa che a breve acquisterà e dove si trasferirà a vivere la sua nuova vita. L'attuale padrone di casa è un grande artista e una magnifica persona. I vicini di casa, sono tutti sqquisiti!
Siamo poi andati a trovare suo fratello e sua cognata in una splendida casa ristrutturata meravigliosamente bene!
Poi ci siamo recati nella struttura dove domani inizierà il ritiro di yoga estivo del centro yoga108 Treviso.
Ora, dopo una ottima cena in un ristorante a mezz'ora di strada, siamo entrambi molto stanchi e dormiremo fino a domani in tarda mattinata, per tentare di recuperare le ore di sonno mancanti nelle ultime notti, di giornate molto molto intense!
