Day of decent activity, yesterday: I took two walks with the dogs and in the afternoon with my ruining pal.

We went to visit some friends who are preparing a biodynamic cultivation.

A little practice on the piano, which contributes in its own way to the actifit count of the daily activity.

Giornata di discreta attività, ieri: ho fatto due passeggiate con i cani e nel pomeriggio, con il mio compagno di running, siamo andati a trovare degli amici che stanno predisponendo una coltivazione biodinamica.

Un po' di pratica al pianoforte, che contribuisce a suo modo al conteggio actifit dell'attività giornaliera.
