My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

As you can see by my first picture, it was another beautiful if slightly misty start to the day today. This picture was taken a couple of minutes before dawn as I walked to work.

After my first shift, I again went out for a walk, this time via the country lanes.

As you can see, the hedgerows are full of food for the wildlife at this time of year.

I also came across several butterflies enjoying the late summer sun.

I was struggling to take pictures of them but finally few of them stayed still for long enough.
