My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2023
Another Sunday with aches and pains from my Saturday hockey match. Luckily, I didn't intend to do very much today as both my sons were coming around for lunch and to surprise my wife with a late birthday present.
I would guess that many people wouldn't be very happy with bags of well rotten horse manure for a present, but my wife was delighted. In fact, the only downside for her was that the bags were frozen, and she couldn't immediately start digging it into the garden.
What I enjoyed about the boys coming around for the day was that it gave me an excuse to cook a Sunday roast. It never seems worthwhile when there is just the two of us at home.
