My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2022
There are lots of signs that autumn is here but I thought the colour of these leaves that I saw on my walk today really brought it home. It was surprisingly warm and yet the wind was realy chilly. I walked about 9km initially in my usual loop and then popped in home for a cup of tea and a bite to eat.
As it is the first day of the new macfit competition, I wanted to get my step count up a bit higher than usual, so before going back to work I went for another shorter walk into town. I'm not sure but I think I ended up doing another 5 or 6km before having to rush home to get ready to go back to work.
Just as the children came out of school it started to rain - typical Friday! Also for some reason, unknown to me, the traffic was considerably worse than normal, which meant my trip took more than twice as long as normal.
It's now just about time to open a bottle of beer. Thank you for reading and I'll be back tomorrow.
