My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2022

I dont think I'll be running for at least another week so it was a 8km walk this morning after my first shift taking the children into school.

Most of the early spring flowers in the hedgerows seem to be going over now but I did come across the interesting looking moss in my cover picture.

It's on the top of a dry stone wall so I'm surprised that it gets enough moisture to survive.

The walk took me past the entrance to the local community woodland. It seems incredible to me how mature the woodland looks. It doesn't seem very long ago at all that we were helping our children plant these trees as part of the millennium celebrations.

All pictures taken by me today and edited in the snapseed app.
