It is very simple, just four exercises 10 repetitions and three sets. At first and if you don't have your ankles ready, it might be a little difficult, but then you will realize the benefits of these movements and your feet will thank you for it.
We went to the park to cool down a bit, as the heat was very intense. Being there the shade of the trees and the breeze were a gift, but unexpectedly it started to rain and we had to go back home. Even though we couldn't spend the whole afternoon there we had a great time and above all we were able to develop this content for our favorite platform Hive.

Es muy sencilla, tan solo cuatro ejercicios 10 repeticiones y tres series. Al principio y si no tienes tos tobillos preparados tal vez te cueste un poco, pero luego te darás cuenta de los beneficios que traen estos movimientos y tus pies lo agradecerán.
Fuimos al parque para refrescarnos un poco, ya que el calor estaba muy intenso. Estando allí la sombra de los árboles y la brisa fueron un regalo, pero inesperadamente empezó a llover y tuvimos que regresar a casa. A pesar de que no pudimos estar toda la tarde allí la pasamos muy bien y sobre todo pudimos desarrollar este contenido para nuestra plataforma favorita Hive.
