De distintas palancas frontales que me pareciera muy llamativas o son un ejercicio estático llamado Front Lever este es un movimiento estático muy conocido en nuestro deporte Street Workout, pero este gran estático tienes muchas variaciones de distintos agarres y postura, alguno atleta que están ingresando no tiene mucho conocimiento de las diversas vacaciones y es por eso que les comparto estos tipos de Front Lever Estas son fotografías muy interesante, de mis movimientos estáticos llamado palanca frontal o también conocido como Front Lever los distintos Front lever que verán los ejecute durante la competencia.
