The workout routine was focused on kettlebell training, high weight, intensive movements and lots drops sweat 😅, in this case I recover my electrolytes with a natural drink that is easy find and is cheaper that other no natural options, this is “The coconut” 🥥 🌴

I like to use this fruit in two ways:

  1. Preparing coconut milk, using its pulp with its own water. In this way I make delicious and healthy smoothies.
