😎 Hi everybody!

Today I’m going to tell you the benefits of consuming one of my favorites breakfast after my running routine: oatmeal with apples, bananas, pear, and cinnamon! Let's dive into this delicious combination 🌾🍎🍌🍐✨

1️⃣ Apples: These crunchy heroes are packed with fiber and vitamins, keeping me full and my taste buds happy. Plus: β€œAn apple a day keeps the doctor away”, 🍏πŸ₯£

2️⃣ Bananas: This green smooth operator brings potassium to my bowl, helping me to start my day with strong muscles and a happy heart. And I must to be honest, I believe that bananas make everything more a-peeling! 🍌❀️

3️⃣ Pears: Sweet, juicy, and satisfying, pears add a touch of elegance to my breakfast. They're also a great source of fiber, keeping my digestive system on track. Pear-fection! 🍐🌟

4️⃣ Cinnamon: This spice is like a warm hug. Not only does it add a burst of flavor to my bowl, but it also help regulate my blood sugar levels and reduce inflammation. I love to sprinkle away and let the magic happen! πŸƒβœ¨

I prepared this meal using vegan milk (coconut milk), a touch of chia, salt, and honey to boost the flavor of my oatmeal, then I put into my bowl the bananas, apples, pears and the cinnamon.

By the end, I feel that colorful breakfast is the ultimate power-up to kickstart my day with a smile. πŸ˜„πŸŒžπŸ₯£
