My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2023
Hi everyone! π
Today Iβm going to share with you one of my healthy recipe desserts, that prepare (sometimes) after my running routine to recover energies: βπ§ Cupcakes of oatmeal, chocolate and peanutβ.
Ingredients:
250g of oatmeal.
50g of cocoa.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons of organic butter.
3 tablespoons of greek yoghurt.
50 ml of vegan milk (I love unsweetened Hemp milk).
2 bananas.
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla.
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Honey, and touch of nutmeg.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blend it, and serve in a mold with chocolate chips and peanut butter. Put it into the microwave for 7 minutes or less (depends on your microwave brand).
Extra tip: You can prepare an organic chocolate sirope with, coconut oil, cocoa powder and brown sugar to decorate yours cupcakes with peanut sprinkled.
