Today my running routine was short, but to recover some wasted energy I prepared this healthy and tasty omelette.
As all you know, eggs are a good source of proteins and micronutrients which are essential for the human body. In fact, scientists says that the eggs are one of the most complete food in the nutritional table. (Maybe, the most one)
I always try to eat this stunning food at least three times a week, and combine it with many kind of vegetables to boost my nutritional intake.
And you, how do you prepare this tiny and potentially healthy food?

Woa that's a lot of egg you got there. Lol, I actually thought it was some sort of weird pancake at first. But damn... it looks pretty good. How'd you make it like that?...
Anyway, I prefer my eggs scrambled with cauliflower, onions and cucumber; and as an omelette with cheese, butter, onions, and milk.

Hi @zeraton! Well, I mixed Swiss chard, sweet pepper, dried oregano, and cheese. I seasoned it with pepper, cumin and salt.
Ah! And some fried bananas (I really love it!)
I will try your scrambled eggs and omelette recipe, and I will share my experience in a new post!

That's a pretty awesome recipe you got there! I've actually never tried fried bananas but it sounds like it will taste good.
