Two Bad Results
I am not so sure what is happening with Arsenal in every December or January in each season, since they seem to decline in form in these months. And the latest result is a proof of that.
Arsenal received two consecutive losses in the Premier League, one on the home ground at the Emirates, and the other one away to Craven Cottage.
At home, they even defeated two goals to nil, such a bad result for the teams in the race towards the top of the table again.
And when they went to Craven Cottage they could not capitalize the early lead against Fulham, with a goal from Bukayo Saka in the 4th minute. In the end, they lost 2-1 against the host.
Arteta still needs to figure out a way to prevent this from happening again in the future. maybe getting additional players when the Winter Transfer Window is open, or maybe he should try other tactics in the coming games.
I don't want to see the problem like last season happen again to Arsenal, where they failed to secure the title despite being on top of the table for far too long during the league, but had to give the trophy to Manchester City because of the slips that they were getting in the second half of the league. I hope that we can lift the trophy this season. COYG!!!
I still believe Arsenal are not yet ready to be among the big boys, their leg are still shaking and there is instabilities going on in the club.
yes you are right mate. I think they need some big guys as the captain to be able to lift up the mentality of the squad. there are too many young players, but not any mature enough to help them go though hard times.
