My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2025
Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my Actifit Report for tuesday the 21/1/2025. For years now, this plant has been beside a corner in my compound. I have never given a thought about the beautifully adorned white garlands usually placed at every part of the stems.
This is bitterleaf plant anyway. It is propagated by wind. Just recently, I was able to even look closer at it and observed how beautiful it looks in the first place.
I observed this in one of my evenings. You won't believe it.
In the night, which has become once again a usual part of me, I came out to get some light few steps and stretch my legs and enjoy the cool breeze that usually sweeps around in the evenings.
Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
