My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. This is my Actifit Report for friday the 17/1/2025. Thank God it is Friday!!! Still having foggy mornings as the harmattan breeze is still blowing.

It was the business end of the week gentlemen. I did not report at work on time as I had to take the government agency in charge of approval.of fencing to a site where a friend is building. On my way way there, a feathered friend was handy to say hello. It was ruminating for food with ease but had to be interrupted by our approaching footsteps.

Later in the day I returned back to the office and made my report. By the coming weeks work will resume in earnest on the said building site.

I rounded off the day around 4:30pm local time then returned home. Traffic was very much as most people were getting out of the city centre to the hinterlands to spend the weekend.

In the night, which has become once again a usual part of me, I came out to get some light few steps and stretch my legs and enjoy the cool breeze that usually sweeps around in the evenings.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
