Good evening Freaks of #actifit and #hive

Today to complete the goal and give more recovery time to the injuries, I jogged for 1 hour, in addition to that, I went out with my girlfriend to the park, we walked for a while and we found a climbing wall which we could not resist hahaha that helped us to complete today's goal and make some extra steps for the first day of the #POLIAC tournament.

I'll share this picture with you, I hope you like it.

El dia de hoy para completar la meta y darle mas tiempo de recuperación a las lesiones, trote durante 1 hora, adicional a eso, sali con mi novia al parque, caminamos un rato y nos encontramos con una pared para escalar a la cual no pudimos resistirnos jajaja eso nos ayudó a completar la meta de hoy y hacer algunos pasos extra para el primer día del torneo de #POLIAC
