My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2023

Woke up this morning to an Amber Alert. Then Hawthorne started licking me in the face. So, I got up and took the dog out. We ended up going on a 30-minute walk.

After that, I drank tea with my wife, had breakfast, and went to work.

A few times, I took a break to help my wife put a portion of the wall up in our bathroom. We still haven't completed our tiny house.

In the afternoon, we went to town to pick up drinks, then came home and had dinner. I played with Hawthorne in the evening and watched a little TV with my wife.

I ended the day with more than 7,000 activity points
