My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2023

I got up this morning and went on my usual walk. It was an hour long today. Then I did a little administrative work today and went shopping with my wife and adorable.puppy Hawthorne. Throughout the day, Hawthorne and I did some playing around.

I ended the day with a little more than 5,000.steps. It would have been more, but the app didn't count my early walking steps.
