My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2024 I’m hungry / 走ってお腹すいた

This is a daily Actifit, but since I ran so much, I'm posting it again today.
This weekend I ran on Saturday and Sunday in a row. I'm usually satisfied with running one day either way, but I'm going to try to run for the half marathon when I can. If possible, I'd like to get a good run in on Saturday and keep it light on Sunday. If I push myself too hard, it will interfere with my work from Monday. The other difficult thing is when to run during the day. If it's early in the morning or at night, I don't have to cut down on playtime with the kids, but on my days off, I like to sleep in. Especially when I blog at night like this, I tend to stay up late, which makes mornings even tougher. It is nice to run in the cool morning air, though. On the other hand, when I run at night, I end up crashing into a bar in the dark like I did the other day, or getting my foot caught in a hollow. I once sprained my leg running at night, so I am not comfortable with it. Above all, I usually drink beer on holiday nights, so it is dangerous to run afterwards. If I had one drink during the day, I would run. After all, I want to make this trend of beer after running. Yesterday, I went for a run at around 3 pm. I generally run during the day on weekends and at night on weekdays.

I am hungry from running two days in a row. So today I would like to introduce my meal. For lunch, I had garlic bread that I bought at a small marche held at the sea park where I went for a walk with my son, and spaghetti with meat sauce that I made at home. My son does not eat much meat, but he seems to like meat sauce and eats pasta with red stains around his mouth.

After a run, dinner is gingerbread made by me. The flavor of the ginger sauce soaks into my body. When my son was about two years old, he used to eat meat cut into small pieces, but recently he doesn't care for this kind of meaty dish. I am not a very good cook, so I cook only simple things like this, such as grilling, curry, and stew. During the vacation I took when my son was born, I used to make some elaborate dishes, but I have forgotten all about them. I basically can't cook without following a recipe, but I don't make too many mistakes, and I generally think they all taste good. I don't know if it is true, but my wife says it tastes good.

Sorry for all the food pictures. My running was light, less than 5 km, but my legs are a little sore because I haven't been able to run for a while and it was two days in a row. I would like to get my body in shape again little by little.

連日のActifitですが、せっかく走ったので今日も投稿します。
今週末は土日連続でランニングをしました。だいたいどちらか1日走って満足するのですが、ハーフマラソンに向けて走れるときは頑張ろうと思います。できれば土曜日にしっかり走り込み、日曜日は軽めに流すのがいいですかね。あまり追い込むと月曜日からの仕事に支障が出てしまうので。あとは1日の中でいつ走るかが難しいです。早朝もしくは夜間であれば子供と一緒に遊ぶ時間も削らずに済みますが、休日はゆっくり寝たいんですよね。特にこうやって夜にブログを書いていると夜更かし気味になるため、ますます朝は厳しくなります。朝の涼しい空気の中走るのは気持ちいいのですが。一方、夜走るとなると先日の私みたいに暗闇でバーに衝突したり、窪みに足を取られるなんてことに。かつて夜に走ったせいで捻挫をしたこともあり、気が引けます。何より、休日の夜は大抵ビールを飲んでいるため、その後に走るのは危険です。昼間に1杯飲んだ程度なら走ってしまいますけど。やはり、ランニング後にビール、この流れを作りたいです。昨日も15時くらいから時間をもらって走りに行きました。だいたい休日は昼間、平日は夜に走るパターンになっています。

2日連続で走ったからかお腹が空きます。ということで、今日は食事の紹介をしたいと思います。お昼は息子と散歩に出かけた海の公園で開かれていた小規模なマルシェで買ったガーリックパンとミートソーススパゲッティーを食べました。あまりお肉は食べない息子ですが、ミートソースは好きなようで、口の周りを赤くしながらパスタを食べます。

走った後の夕食は私が作った生姜焼きです。生姜だれの旨みが体に染み渡ります。息子が2歳になるくらいの頃は小さく切ったお肉を食べていたこともあったのですが、こういった肉肉しい料理には最近見向きもしません。私はあまり料理が得意でないので、作るのはこのように焼くだけのものとか、カレーやシチューとか、簡単なものばかりです。息子が生まれた時に取った休暇中は少し手の込んだ料理も作ったことがありましたが、すっかり忘れてしまいました。レシピを見ながらでないと基本的に料理は作れませんが、あまり失敗することはなく、大体どれも美味しくできていると思っています。真偽はわかりませんが、妻は美味しいと言ってくれます。

料理の写真ばかりですみません。ランニングは5km弱の軽めでしたが、しばらく走れなかったのと、2日連続だったため、少し足が痛いです。また少しずつ体を整えていきたいと思います。
