This is my report for today Monday 28 April 2025.

I waked up at 6:45 but I stand up at 7:00, as this Monday I am not in hurry, I hope to improve in organising my week and blogging.
Today I did take Evie on morning walking and neither at noon as Joyce took her today. Thanks to that I took shower and even a coffee and bread before I leave.
I remembered my 5 minutes meditation just before I left the bed.
I did some blogging and helped my friend to use Hive for posting. Hopefully she is doing well. She is my last Inleo referee (@storni1980).

Afternoon i took Evie walking over the seaside. I took some pictures one of the trees has flowers white and yellow and very nice smell. It looks like afternoon this kind of tree aromatise the ambience in the afternoon.

About my steps; I arrived to do more than 7K steps.
