This is my report for yesterday 16 April 2025.

I did my meditation on morning when I waked up.

This Wednesday I walked Evie in the morning and at noon just nearby as I had a class over Lohas Park.

Afternoon when I when to the Private class I took pictures from the window, as it was earlier than usual daylight was still good for the pictures.

At evening we walked around the nearby park again.

About my steps; I arrived to do more than 10K steps.
