My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2025

EVERY DAY IS A NEW CHALLENGE

Hello Actifiters! Hello Cryptoworld!

I hope you are doing well and having a great day and enjoyed the weekend.

This is my report for yesterday 15-March-2025.

This Saturday I began my morning with meditation, and some stretching. I did also 5 minutes meditation before sleeping. This last was better than on morning as I was able to focus on my breath and I followed a recording guide for meditation which helped me to add some extra steps after some breathing, imagining mountains and waterfalls. It was relaxing.

Evening I did my Walking with Evie adding some more steps to my record.

I took pictures on a shop where some of the decorations caught my eye; a rabbit having a good time (in the beach?) and some births. Another picture was of the homeless nearby with a cigarette in his hand but sleeping… I could imagine if he were in a room it could be very dangerous.

About my steps, I have managed to do +9K steps.
