This is my report for yesterday 4-March-2025.

This Tuesday I began my morning with meditation and some stretching on morning. But this second morning of my plan was not easy. I did a post about the difficult part to focus on my breath…
At morning i saw a ban specialised for dogs: it said dog’s school. I got surprised to know there’s school for dogs.

About my steps, I have managed to do +13 steps. Always great to walk from subway station to school in the middle of the mountain.
