My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025

I hope you are doing well and having a great day. Keep moving forward!

This is my report for yesterday 8-Feb-2025.

This Saturday i did only one class. Evening i attended a teachers meeting where we gathered some time for the Chinese new year celebration by the Spanish, French and German academy

They did interaction dynamics to make know more each others. There only some 6 teachers i can recognise from the year i began on 2019. Last years i am only with a couple of hours week, then there are most of new teachers i didn’t meet too much.
There were snacks and drinks. I tried not to eat much. Also for drinks, just a couple of cups of wine. Big difference from young age when there was the occasion i used to drink much more more.

About my steps, I have managed to do +13K steps. I came at midnight. I did a long post from an old book project than never arrived to publish. But maybe i need to fragment more the text.
