Sorry to hear about the leg cramps and disturbed sleep, been there my friend.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids, taking in enough minerals and not over pushing your muscles.
If it continues you should consult a doctor for a quick maintainence check on your body to make sure it is not a medical issue.
Best to be safe than sorry
Love all your nature pictures have the best weekend and hopefull you can find some rest in the night with no cramps.

Thank you @benthomaswwd! Last night, I didn't have one leg cramp! I drank a couple of different teas; dandelion and when I was done with that, I had some Yorkshire Gold (yummy stuff). I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but I repeated it today, so we shall see.
