Self Care Day | Actifit 27.03.2024

Hello and welcome! :)

I decided that I needed a day to myself, so I went for a facial cleansing treatment first thing in the morning. I've started to take more of an interest in taking care of my skin for a while now and I'm now trying to get my skin in order. After the treatment, my skin needs to heal, so I should avoid the sun for two days. I found that since I was already grounded, I would do something useful around the house, so I set about tidying up my book cupboard, which took me far longer than it should have. In the evening, once the sun had set, I went for a walk with my dog. It was so pleasantly warm that I didn't want to go back.

Witam i zapraszam! :)

Stwierdziłam, że potrzebuję dnia dla siebie, dlatego z rana wybrałam się na zabieg oczyszczania twarzy. Już od jakiegoś czasu zaczęłam bardziej interesować się dbaniem o cerę i teraz staram się doprowadzić ją do porządku. Po zabiegu moja skóra musi się zagoić, dlatego przez dwa dni powinnam unikać słońca. Stwierdziłam, że skoro już jestem uziemiona, to zrobię coś pożytecznego w domu, więc zabrałam się za porządki w szafce z książkami, co zajęło mi zdecydowanie więcej czasu niż powinno. Wieczorem, gdy już zaszło słońce, wybrałam się na spacer z moim psem. Było tak przyjemnie ciepło, że aż nie chciało mi się wracać.
