Es un placer volver a encontrarme con ustedes, estimados lectores. En esta ocasión, deseo compartir una breve rutina de entrenamiento que pueden realizar en casa. Debido a los recientes inconvenientes en mi querida ciudad, el riesgo en las calles ha aumentado, lo que me ha llevado a disculparme por mi ausencia en los últimos días. Espero poder retomar la frecuencia de mis publicaciones, tal como lo hice anteriormente. Sin más, confío en que disfrutarán de esta sencilla rutina.
It is a pleasure to meet you again, dear readers. On this occasion, I wish to share a brief workout routine that you can do at home. Due to the recent inconveniences in my beloved city, the risk in the streets has increased, which has led me to apologize for my absence in recent days. I hope to be able to resume the frequency of my publications, as I did before. Without further ado, I trust you will enjoy this simple routine.
Para iniciar la rutina, realicé varias repeticiones de sentadillas. Este ejercicio implica mantenerse de pie, mirando hacia el frente, con la espalda recta y los pies alineados al ancho de los hombros. Se trata de realizar de manera repetida la flexión y extensión de las extremidades inferiores.
To start the routine, I performed several repetitions of squats. This exercise involves standing upright, facing forward, with your back straight and feet aligned shoulder-width apart. It involves repeatedly performing flexion and extension of the lower extremities.
Tras haber concluido el bloque dedicado a las extremidades inferiores, iniciamos el trabajo en la parte media del cuerpo, enfocándonos en la región abdominal, realizando ejercicios de abdominales hacia el frente y de forma lateral.
After finishing the block dedicated to the lower extremities, we start working on the middle part of the body, focusing on the abdominal region, performing abdominal exercises to the front and laterally.
Una vez finalizada la serie de ejercicios abdominales, continuamos con la parte superior del cuerpo para completar la rutina en casa. Realizamos flexiones que implican la extensión y flexión de los codos con el objetivo de activar los músculos bíceps y tríceps.
Once the series of abdominal exercises is completed, we continue with the upper body to complete the routine at home. We perform push-ups involving elbow extension and flexion in order to activate the biceps and triceps muscles.
Para concluir la rutina, realizamos flexiones en posición de parada de manos. Esto nos permitirá fortalecer los hombros y finalizar adecuadamente nuestro entrenamiento.
To conclude the routine, we perform push-ups in handstand position. This will allow us to strengthen our shoulders and finish our workout properly.
