Walking in Central City Park - 15k activity - My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2023
Hello and welcome to today's #actifit activity report¹
For the past three days we had a bad weather with heavy rain and strong winds. Very unusual conditions for this time of the year. The weather patterns are definitely changing due to global warming.
Today the summer is back and I went exploring the Central City Park in the southern city of Ashdod. The park is located in the center of the city near the Central Bus station. It features public art statues, public gyms, children's playgrounds, amphitheater and plenty of greenery.
Photos I took while walking in the park.
The most interesting public sculpture I found in the park is called "The Scales of Peace". The sculpture depicts scales with war and diplomacy on either side. It shows that lightweight feather of diplomacy outweighs the heavy war stone.

The decoration pattern looks like a smiling face in stone.
Near the park I found a beautiful Limonium arboreum bloom. It is the first time I found this kind of plant, it is quite unusual for the street decorative greenery.
