Walking around Israel - The sun eye - 9k activity - My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2023

Hello and welcome to today's activity report¹

Today I did an early morning two hours walk in the city of Ashdod. I got lucky and avoided the rain also enjoyed a beautiful cloud covered skies.

On my way I found the second largest roundabout in Israel with "The sun eye" sculpture.

The sculpture is 18m in height and features a transparent eye in the middle. The name comes from the eye and the sun-like shape. Four different coloured power spot lights illuminate the sculpture at night, changing it's colour randomly.
It was designed by Moti Mizrahy and built 2012.
