En este día, después de haber tenido un fin de semana bastante difícil emocionalmente, con noches de terror en las que no pude dormir, hoy ya me tocaba mi rutina de la semana, en la cual me levanto temprano para desayunar, para así tener un buen horario de alimentación, ya que como también estoy haciendo ejercicio, es necesario que cuide mucho las comidas que ingiero. Sumado a esto, también salí a entrenar a horas de la tarde, aproximadamente 6 de la tarde. A pesar de que me sentía mal, eso no me iba a impedir continuar con mi rutina diaria.
Today, after having had a very difficult weekend emotionally, with nights of terror in which I could not sleep, today I had my routine for the week, in which I get up early for breakfast, in order to have a good eating schedule, because as I am also exercising, it is necessary to take care of the food I eat. In addition to this, I also went out to train in the evening, approximately 6 pm. Even though I was feeling sick, that was not going to stop me from continuing with my daily routine.

Cabe destacar que, después de hacer todos los ejercicios, siempre doy una caminata alrededor de mi Urbanización ya que así me ayuda a mantenerme aún más activa. En esta oportunidad, fui extremadamente feliz, puesto que me encontré con muchos gatos, e incluso familias de gatos, y realmente me sentí tan bien, puesto que con la familia de gatos que me encontré, pude interactuar con ellos, acariciarlos, agarrarlos, e incluso tomarme fotos con ellos. Cosa que casi nunca pasa, ya que siempre que me acerco un gato, suele alejarse por miedo. Así que esta vez tuve mucha suerte, ya que todos los gatos que me encontré, fueron muy amigables, e incluso uno me persiguió por un buen rato, aún así intentara desfasarme de él, igual me seguía y fue muy divertido.
It is worth mentioning that, after doing all the exercises, I always take a walk around my Urbanization as it helps me to stay even more active. In this opportunity, I was extremely happy, since I met many cats, and even cat families, and I really felt so good, since with the cat family I met, I was able to interact with them, pet them, hold them, and even take pictures with them. Something that almost never happens, since whenever I get close to a cat, it usually moves away out of fear. So this time I was very lucky, since all the cats I met were very friendly, and even one of them chased me for a while, even though I tried to get away from him, he still followed me and it was very funny.

Mi mascota favorita siempre han sido los gatos, así que haber vivido esto me hizo muy feliz, y más siendo inicio de semana. Obviamente, les tomé muchas fotos a todos los gatos que encontré, y ni siquiera se quejaron cuando los agarré. Sinceramente morí de ternura, para mí son la cosa más linda que existe aparte de mi novio obviamente. También aproveché, y pasé por una subida que da hacia el tanque de agua de acá de la Urbanización, la cual muchas personas utilizan para hacer ejercicio, también tomé fotos del lugar. Después de esto, ya era momento de irme a casa porque ya era bastante tarde, había oscurecido mucho por lo que no me gusta estar así en la calle. Este fue todo mi post, espero que les haya gustado. My favorite pet has always been cats, so to have experienced this made me very happy, and even more so at the beginning of the week. Obviously, I took a lot of pictures of all the cats I found, and they didn't even complain when I grabbed them. I honestly died of tenderness, for me they are the cutest thing that exists apart from my boyfriend obviously. I also took the opportunity to go up a hill that leads to the water tank here in the Urbanization, which many people use for exercise, I also took pictures of the place. After this, it was time to go home because it was already quite late, it had gotten very dark so I don't like to be out in the street like this. This was all my post, I hope you liked it.
