My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2023

Am I Back?

I was cleaning up stuff on my phone and found actifit was still on there. I've stopped using it along with all other things crypto for quite a bit (except GRC/BOINC/mining science). But I figured a reminder to get up and walk would be good to have again.

My day actually started in the middle of the night. Still working at the airport, I was supporting operations during an overnight planned outage. I walked around the ticket counter making sure people were being helped. Then at about 3 in the morning, I went back to my office to try to get a couple of things done. But I was getting really tired at this point and went home.

Many hours passed, and I woke up late in the morning. I did some work on the house in prep for a showing. Then went in to the office for the rest of the afternoon. I walked around our hangar a little fixing some issues here and there.

Now I'm home again and ready to go back to bed!
