My Legday Actifit Report Card: August 23 2024
Today was a hard slug at the gym for my Legday session.
Had a hard drinking session with my friend. I blacked out and woke up in my bed but no memory of what I'd done.
Head was throbbing like the drum beats off a Zulu war party. Body ache was real.
I made sure my workout was light so just stuck to two routines. Full squats with 30 pounds on each side at 8 sets of 10 reps. Followed by dead lifts of 45 pounds each hand at 6 sets of 15 reps.
Ended with calf raises. Nothing special since it was just to keep the blood flowing.
Slept for an hour after the workout then headed to my lot to work for an hour. Installed one line of barbed wire.
