My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2024

Leg day.

I'm still unsure if my legs are growing but I know if I don't keep going my legs will be weak. I'm implementing doing eight reps to give sets of squats as a warm up to my leg workout.

Legs are always hard to get into but I'm enjoying it even when I'm lots on energy. Some days they are easy and today felt like a struggle. My personal struggle. Like life itself.

My calves are getting pumped at the end of the workout. They are both so hard when I squeeze them. The evolution of leg day is the increasing struggle as I progress.

My face shows my intermittent fasting result. I feel like I've lost weight every end of the week because of the two consecutive days of fasting. Hopefully autophagy is taking effect on the body. I'm hungrier though. More than what I've felt in the past.

Tired now. So tired. But sleep is far from me. It could be boredom. No one to spend the night. Just me myself and I. Rolled into one.
