My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2022

Another hot sunny day. The air was cooler but the heat still stung walking away from the tree shade.

Jacaranda blooms are in full season right now. They follow after Cherry blossoms but are striking in their bright purple blooms. Big trees. Cool under and beautiful to just breathe in the time and enjoy the place. Pausing when you can is best enjoyed under them.

Walking slowly, taking my time to let time pass by. Summer time is here and the heat is not burning when under and there are plenty of shade in the park path.

Nothing like a cappuccino to end the walk and recharge. I know it's contradictory to drink something hot when the day is hot but coffee is life.

Found this on the dirt path. Maybe I'll turn it into a t-shirt. Maybe.
