Moving out exercise / 引越エクササイズ (My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2024)

One week ago I wrote I had trouble with the landlord of my office. Thank you for your upvotes and kind comments.

The sad end of my first office and a new step forward

I wanted move out from the office as soon as possible to get out of the situation. Luckily the contact person of the company is supportive and it seems I can finish everything tomorrow when I return the key.

Yesterday I carried out small items with a small car I could rent and drive. Only the sofa left. Today my partner and my friend helped me to move the sofa to home. Everything was done.

Seeing the empty office, I felt a bit nostalgic by looking back the past one year, how I felt proud on myself to rent an office for the first time in a foreign country, days and nights I spent there ... But it's over.

I'm exhausted both mentally and physically. At least I have good step counts yesterday and today 😉

一週間前、オフィスの賃貸でトラブルがあったことを書きました。Upvoteや親切なコメントをありがとうございました。

はじめて借りたオフィスの悲しい結末と新しい一歩

できるだけ早くオフィスの契約を終わらせて、この状況から抜け出そうとしていました。幸いにも私が住む街にいる担当者は協力的で、明日鍵を返せば解約手続きが完了しそうです。

昨日は朝からシェアカーを借りて小物を運び出しました。残るはソファだけで、今日、パートナーと友人に手伝ってもらい、ソファーを家に運びました。引越作業自体は完了です。

空っぽになったオフィスを見て、この1年間を振り返って、初めて外国でオフィスを借りた自分を誇らしく思ったり、そこで過ごした日々を懐かしく思ったり。いい経験にはなったんだろうなとは思うものの、この一週間、心身ともに結構疲れました。

引越を手伝ってくれた友人もいろいろあるよねということで、ソファーを運んだあとお茶をしながらあれこれ話したのでした。友人と話してすっきりして、少なくとも昨日と今日はいい歩数を叩き出して、幸せではあるんだなと。生きているし。
