Detoxing three days holiday / 三連休でデトックス (My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2024)

After two weeks of enjoying what I wanted to eat and drink, my weight suddenly jumped up almost two kilograms 😱 So, since my family was away, I did detoxing during the three-day weekend starting Saturday. I walked a lot and ate mainly vegetables.

I started off with the leeks soup. I also added asparagus and mushrooms. You can read about the soup in my Soup Stories. It really works well at least for me.

Since it was getting hot, I made salad instead of soup. I had a whole burrata on top for extravagance 😁

Oven baked vegetables is also easy and healthy.

I lost a little over a kilo of weight on the last day, so started eating rice again.

The weather was nice and I got carried away and drank beer and wine, so I didn't detox much on the last day... I've now put 1 kg back on. 1 more kilo to go.

Walking is going well this month and so far I am averaging over 10,000 steps a day. I hope to reach the end of the month at this rate.

先々週から二週間ほど、食べたいもの、飲みたいものを楽しみまくっていたら、突然体重ががっつり2キロ弱跳ね上がりました 😱 ということで家族不在ということもあり、土曜からの三連休はよく歩いて食事は野菜メインにしてデトックスしていました。

まずは定番のポロネギのスープでスタート。アスパラガスやマッシュルームも入れました。

このスープについてはSoup Storiesに書いたのでぜひ!とてもよく効きます。

暑くなってきたので、スープに加えてサラダも。ぜいたくにブッラータを丸々のせて食べました。

オーブン焼きも簡単でヘルシーです。

最終日には体重も1キロちょっと落ちたのでご飯を解禁して朝からゴーヤチャンプル😅

天気が良くて調子に乗ってビールやワインを飲んでしまい、最終日はあまりデトックスにならず・・・現在1キロ戻したところです。あと1キロ。

ウォーキングは今月も順調で今のところ1日平均1万歩を超えています。この調子で月末を迎えたいです。
