My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2025

I spent a few hours in nature today, connecting with my surroundings. I even had a mini nap as i laid on the grass in the sun then it got too hot.

It was nice to be barefeet on the grass, something I hadn't done for a few months. My stress melted away today even for a little while.

I hope I can do more of this daily.
