A quiet day of house chores and a short drive to the beach. I was asked to join a team to sign up to a local sports festival that's 2 weekends away. I have 2 weeks to get fit enough for a 3km run.🤣

I've always been a runner but it's been 4 years since I've even gone to the gym since having a child. The walking most days since starting Actifit has helped though. I'm going to start some slow jogs this week and see how I go.

I've just realised now that daylight savings has started here today so my posting will seem a little earlier than usual as our clocks have moved forward an hour.
