A little bush walk today before my appointment to help me keep calm. Hugged a giant kauri tree and sat for a bit until it started raining.

Got to see some of our pukeko birds (native swamp hens). It's the first time I had seen them there. Not a great picture from my phone.

Ecstatic tonight - I also went for another walk tonight at the beach to wind down and when I got back to the car I saw I was at 9000 so when I got home I did some arm raises and walked around the house. It's my first time past 10k! I was up early today and that's helped me get past 10k.
