My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2024
I thought I would walk over the bridge this time which is not far from the lake I walked around yesterday. It was a slow but steady walk today as I'm feeling tired from all this walking I'm not used to doing.
My legs and arms are still feeling achy so I was allowed to pick some tutu today and I shall make a balm up tomorrow or the next day once it has dried up a bit.
Aftercare is important so I ended my day with a nice hot foot soak in kawakawa which was so relaxing, I had a nap on the couch afterwards and woke up just in time to post before midnight. 🤣💤
