The article in Japanese is in the second half.★

I often take photos not only to write articles for HIVE, but also as a daily record for myself.
I often take photos as a 'reminder for next year' or to 'preserve the cooking process' apart from recipes.

However, there are quite a few photos that I didn't post on the HIVE blog because they turned out to be too similar.
There are also photos that are no longer timely as I've been busy and haven't had time to finish the article, and they have accumulated quite a lot, so I'm going to put all such photos together and give them to you in this article.

Photo 1.

Photo 1. to Introduction.
This is a photo of Potato Miso Soup.
A friend of mine made miso soup with potatoes as soon as the spring potato season arrived and posted it on social media, which made me want to make the same thing.
Potato miso soup is really tasty and popular in Japan.

Another friend of mine shared her homemade miso with me, so I made it using that miso.
I respect people who can skillfully make these fermented food preserves.

The day after eating it deliciously as miso soup, I remake it into soup curry by adding curry powder and spices to the leftover potato miso soup.
This is really delicious.
On this day, I ate it with harvested Micro Green on top. Delicious!

Next, we present Photo 2.
This is a photo of udon noodles.

There is a supermarket right next to my house that sells a lot of chilled food and delicatessen products, including a variety of different types of lunchboxes and salads.
I live in a fairly urban area with a lot of working people and there are offices and truck stations nearby, so food that can be bought and eaten quickly is really useful.

These udon noodles are one of them, and when you heat them up in the microwave, the udon broth, which is solidified with gelatine, becomes liquid and tastes just as good as normal udon noodles.
I also ate this with Micro Green on top.

I wanted to finish this photo in an article that would also introduce the colourful leaves (mixed lettuce) that grew well, but I have left that for another article (LOL).

Micro Green and udon noodles were both delicious.
Eating the sprouts of the vegetables I grew on the delicatessen like this is a great way to relax after a hard day's work.

Photo 3. about.
This was when I made instant salted ramen.
I put some watercress Micro Green on top of the freshly made hot ramen, but because the ramen was so hot, it quickly became soggy (lol).
When I turned around to take a photo, it was already submerged in the soup like this, and I was like, 'Oh no!

After eating the ramen, I walked to the neighbourhood shopping street to do some shopping and found that the trailer house that used to be a coffee stand until the other day had been painted with a flashy paint job.
It seems that the coffee stand has closed down and will be replaced by a shop specialising in "báinh mì".

Recently, restaurants specialising in foreign cuisine have been opening one after another in my city.
Vietnamese food has been popular for a long time, so there are several shops specialising in bain mee (Vietnamese sandwiches) other than this one, and this shop seems to be a sister shop of them.
The marinated vegetables sandwiched between the báinh mì are delicious.

Photo 4.
This is my usual Curry Rice & Micro Green.
I eat curry rice with Micro Green too often already, so I quit posting this photo (LOL).
Curry with onions and minced meat is delicious.

Micro greens are 'vegetable sprouts that are a little more grown up from sprouts' and they are colourful, beautiful and nutritious, and the feeling of fulfilment of eating vegetables you have grown with your own food fills your stomach and your heart.

The fourth and final photo of the beer is from another episode I will be posting soon.
A very similar photo may appear in an article I will post from tomorrow onwards.

■diary with a few words
The weather forecast last week said that there would be a typhoon-like storm from today to tomorrow, but it seems that a real Typhoon No. 1 has actually formed this morning. The typhoon is currently over the sea east of the Philippines, but it is expected to pass close to Japan from now until the end of May. The vegetables in the balcony garden were put inside the room early this morning. Please pray that no disasters will occur.

Japanese★

Photo 1.

Micro Green

Photo 3.

Photo 4.

Micro Green
